Was happy with the ordering process and mulch overall. My only complaint is that there were pieces of random plastic, food wrappers and such. I wasn't expecting this and it took time to pick it out
I always have a top notch, five start customer service experience with Soilutions. Surprisingly, this time did not deviate. I got a call about 30 minutes before the driver arrived. When he arrived, he was courteous, helpful and attentive to my low hanging fruitless mulberry branches. The native mulch was literally fresh off the truck and steaming in the chilly air. Thanks as always, guys. And I will be back for more!!!
I didn't realize that some pieces of mulch would be rather large, making it a bit impractical as a surface to walk on. Not your fault--I should have paid more attention to the details on the website. I'm happy to have it in my perennial beds, though.
rich smelling mulch, has some sticks but that's good cause I can use then around the perimeter. Wasn't sure if the square footage calculator would work but it nailed it! Delivered a day early even. Great customer service! Best bang for your bulk for getting mulch or soil. Beats buying all those bags!
Staff was great. Good product, had a little trash and some pallet looking/Plywood. Delivery was difficult to get a precise time on.
Other than that great and will definitely be back for more.

The product was as advertised, and the driver put it where we requested. He did catch us away from home as the delivery window was 8AM - 6PM, and he didn’t call first. I’d recommend a call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Adding the native mulch in place of landscaping stone has made such a difference! My yard looks so much more alive. I’m looking forward to the benefits to the soil the mulch breaks down over time. I’ve received several compliments from neighbors
I felt bad that this huge ginormous truck was used for my small order of 3 cubic yards, but it was almost worth the gas to watch the truck driver back into my really narrow driveway so skillfully. Very nice product and my trees look happier already.
